This week at the Care Village, the children and their friends were full of excitement as they looked forward to the upcoming England match!

To get into the football spirit, everyone worked together to create their very own England flags. The children carefully coloured, decorated and proudly displayed their handmade flags throughout the Care Village. Once they were finished, we hung them from the ceiling, transforming the space into a sea of red and white and creating a wonderful atmosphere for everyone to enjoy.

The activity sparked lots of conversations about football, teamwork and cheering on our favourite team. The children loved sharing their excitement with the residents, who enjoyed joining in with the celebrations and admiring the colourful decorations.

We all kept our fingers crossed and hoped that England would do us proud! It was a fantastic way to bring everyone together, creating happy memories and celebrating the joy of community through a shared love of sport.
