We were extremely proud to be shortlisted from 300 applicants from across the country, for The Nursery World  ‘NURSERY OF THE YEAR AWARD’… and we are so ecstatic to let you know that out of the four nursery settings that were shortlisted…

NURSERY OF THE YEAR 2025!!!

We received the Award at the event in London on Saturday evening of the 27th September on behalf of the children, staff and parents of our wonderful community!  Our staff and parents working together ethos and the strength shown by Early Years Educators in their quality interactions and enjoyment in  listening to children, was highly commended!  They said “we are exemplary in the opportunities that we offer children here, that the Reggio Emilia approach is very visible and well embedded.  The judge stipulated that the passion and clear vision in supporting children in their enquiries and learning was evident across the whole nursery, amongst all ages”!

They added further before naming Childsplay as the winners by saying… “ WE ARE A TRULY UNIQUE AND SPECIAL PLACE”!

All our love and enjoyment of working with your children, supporting you as parents, and working together as partners, shines through!! There is a ‘feel’ here, is what I’m often told and long may it continue, it’s just fabulous to have this highly commended accolade!
