Today, the children had another wonderful day at the Care Village, spending time with their older friends and continuing to get ready for Halloween!
Everyone enjoyed getting creative with some exciting Halloween activities. We carved our pumpkins, making some spooky and scary designs and talked about how we can dry the pumpkin seeds to keep them for later. The children were curious to learn about the seeds and enjoyed exploring the different parts of the pumpkins.
We also made some fantastic Halloween pictures, using our imaginations to create lots of spooky artwork. Alongside our Halloween crafts, the children made friendship bracelets, creating something special to share and celebrate the lovely friendships they are building with their older friends.
It was a lovely day filled with creativity, learning, laughter and togetherness. We always enjoy seeing the children and their older friends sharing experiences, learning from one another and making special memories.
Halloween preparations are well underway and we can’t wait for more spooky fun!
